In this special 90-minute Yoga class we will learn about the most foundational breath exercises of yoga, dive deeper into our energetic body through the breath, finding a beautiful meditative flow by synchronising our movement with the breath, and our breath with the movement. The idea is to create more awareness within, using the breath as a doorway within, balancing and and harmonising the right and left side of the brain and our central nervous system. Healing Yoga

This healing Yoga session is all about releasing, letting go and letting things move through us. Yoga is not only a way of transformation and transcendence but it's also very potent healing tool for us to use. So in this 90 minute class, we will really dive into the world of healing. We will start the class with a bit longer body scan meditation to become aware of the energies we are holding within. We will then move through a gentle restorative Yoga sequence opening the heart and the hips, as we then move into a longer healing Savasana bringing in Reiki to support and enhance the healing effects of the practice.
Please bring your own blanket and a pillow for this class.
Dance Meditation

Free yourself, free your body and mind through this meditative and liberating Dance Journey! This session is all about finding our own unique expression and movement. We will start the session with a little body scan exercise to come into the body, we will then move through gentle warm-up as we then slowly relax and release ourselves fully into our own dance!

In this two day Yoga Beginner Workshop you will learn about the most foundational yoga poses, alignment and breath!
We will always start the day with a little relaxation and breath exercise, then go through the most foundational yoga poses step by step so that you can really feel confident in your practice, find alignments that work for you, and also take part in different Hatha & Vinyasa Based classes from this point moving forward!
You will also get a little yoga manual as a gift at the end of the course to support yourself in your own yoga journey moving forward.
For this course you need your own yoga mat and comfy clothing!
