On Mondays we will start the week mindfully together! Bringing our body, mind and spirit back in alignment, we take time to move and calm the body and mind! This class is suitable for all different levels and will serve to bring more balance, harmony ans stability into the whole system.
 
 
For this class you will need your own Yoga mat and comfortable clothing.

Vinyasa Flow

Duration: 11.9-17.12.2025

Time: 18:45-20:00

Location:  Morzgerstasse 19, 5020 Salzburg 

In this Vinyasa Flow course we will start to deepen our connection with ourselves, flowing through carefully created sequences opening, strengthening and balancing the body and mind! Each class has a specific theme and we will keep on learning about different asanas, breath and relaxation techniques as we go, as well we will simply take that precious time connecting within and sharing a good time with a lovely group of people.
